Amplify Your Personal Power and Speak with Courage (feat. Vasavi Kumar)
Self-talk is your inner voice. It's part of your stream of consciousness that allows you to process and understand what's happening around you.
My guest Vasavi Kumar says that how you talk to yourself matters. It sets the tone for every experience in your life and will bring you either closer to or farther from the truth of who you are. Today, she'll share how we can step into our power and say it out loud.
Vasavi Kumar is a life coach and licensed therapist with a myriad of in-person, print, televised, and social media experience. A first-generation Indian American growing up on Long Island and diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 19, she learned to become highly self-aware and take action to create the life she wanted for herself.
In this interview, Vasavi offers insight into how we can tune into our inner self to hear our self-guidance and wisdom. She teaches us how to start talking to the voice in our head with compassion and acceptance rather than be influenced by those around us.
