Many people believe that the mind and body are two separate entities, when the reality is that they are intimately intertwined.

But a lot of people who struggle with stress, weight problems, and health problems are not aware of this. 

To teach us more about it, I interviewed an expert in this field, Robert Ferguson. Robert is a nationally recognized certified nutritionist; fitness expert; speaker and author. He’s authored three books on nutrition and fitness, and for more than 20 years Robert has helped thousands lose weight and improve overall their health with the Diet Free Life methodology. He’s worked with Fortune 500 companies as a speaker and consultant, as well as a growing list of celebrities and professional athletes.

In my conversation with Robert, he goes more in depth into how we can eat healthier and develop the right mindset to live happier and more balanced lives. He also addresses issues such as body-image and stress management.
